FORNASETTI!!!!

Piero Fornasetti (1913-1988) was an Italian visionary, painter, sculptor, interior decorator, and engraver of art books. Fornasetti did a lot of vintage furniture from the 50s and 60s and these have been super popular. Drawings on a powerful mix of Italian cultural tradition and surrealist invention, his ideas were expressed on every conceivable support from glasses and plates to umbrellas, lamps, furniture, and screens. His creations invoke engagement from their viewers and add a unique character to any room.

Today his son, Barnaba Fornasetti, is keeping the family tradition alive by reviving Piero's most popular pieces and creating new ones. 

I personally like his creative skills, it's so mysterious, cool & unique. A few of Fornasetti plates are definitely a way to add sophistication style to any space in your home.
